On the Move
Evan’s father had already gathered all of his most prized possessions, and he was well on his way to a safer location. Once he was gone, Evan made his way to his dad’s property and began to set up his phone and drone. He wanted to be able to monitor the movement and size of the flames, in order to inform people about what direction they were moving. While the firefighters worked to put out the flames, Evan worked to keep people in the know.
Following the Fires
Up All Night
Evan worked tirelessly, knowing that if the fire was still moving, he was still going to be watching it. The man would stay up all night long, keeping an eye on the movement of the flames and giving people every update he could. What Evan was most interested in, was making sure that the flames didn’t make it over the ridge in the distance. The flames were just a mile away from where the man was staying.
