She married actor Roger Smith in 1967 and he later became her manager. They were married for 50 years until he passed away in 2017.

Petula Clark is a singer, actress, and songwriter who has had one of the most prolific careers of any British singer. Her hit songs include “The Little Shoemaker,” “Prends mon coeur,”” Sailor,” “Romeo,” “Chariot,” and many more. In 1955, she became involved with Joe “Mr. Piano” Henderson. They never officially married, and there were reports that said he didn’t want to become “Mr. Petula Clark,” effectively ending their relationship. He passed away in 1980.
