When this hotel advertised a complimentary continental breakfast that’s included in room service, this is probably not what the guests were expecting. You want toast? Here’s a toaster. You want milk in your cereal? Here’s the whole milk jug. While the thought is appreciated, surely there’s a better way to serve up this breakfast.
